SEESON began in July 2018 with a singular vision: to craft eyewear that speaks to Vietnam’s soul—contemporary, confident, and uncompromising. Co-founders Trần Tùng and Bùi Đạt set out not just to launch a label, but to redefine the local eyewear industry by filling a clear market gap with innovative design, precision craftsmanship, and a deep-rooted Vietnamese identity. At its core, SEESON was created to offer eyewear that merges contemporary aesthetics with an authentic Vietnamese spirit. Rather than follow fleeting trends, the brand forged its own design language rooted in minimalism, sustainability, and timeless innovation.
The debut collection, released in December 2018, introduced meticulously crafted acetate frames that embodied SEESON’s dedication to both form and function, balancing wearable beauty with technical precision. The brand soon opened flagship stores in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City—spaces where SEESON’s design philosophy comes alive. With carefully chosen materials and architectural clarity, each store offers an immersive encounter with SEESON’s vision of timeless modernity. Still growing and evolving, SEESON moves forward with quiet determination—to refine, to reimagine, and to earn its place on the global design map as a house proudly rooted in Vietnam.

DESIGN APPROACH
We approach eyewear as objects of design—built with intention, shaped by structure, and refined through use. Each SEESON frame begins with a concept, where form and material take precedence, and aesthetics emerge naturally through function. Our process draws from industrial design, architecture, and the quiet clarity of everyday objects—from the interlocking logic of a Lego structure to the soft geometry of a bar of soap. These references guide our exploration of form and function, often leading us beyond conventional eyewear frameworks. SEESON’s design language is minimalist and contemporary—defined by clean lines, balanced proportions, and purposeful detail. Every frame is developed with structural clarity and meticulous finishing, where visual identity and usability are thoughtfully aligned.
