NHÂN VIÊN BÁN HÀNG (HÀ NỘI)

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Tiếp đón, tư vấn và hỗ trợ cho khách hàng trong việc lựa chọn sản phẩm.
  • Giải đáp các thắc mắc và cung cấp các trải nghiệm tốt nhất tới khách hàng.
  • Chủ động trong việc sắp xếp, trưng bày và giữ gìn vệ sinh các sản phẩm trong cửa hàng.
  • Xây dựng, truyền tải hình ảnh đẹp, chuyên nghiệp của cửa hàng và thương hiệu SEESON tới khách hàng.
  • Tuân thủ các quy trình, chính sách và hướng dẫn bán hàng theo quy định của công ty.
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của quản lý cửa hàng.

YÊU CẦU

  • Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên.
  • Giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt.
  • Tính cách: vui vẻ, nhiệt tình, ham học hỏi.
  • Nhanh nhẹn, giao tiếp tốt, yêu thích ngành dịch vụ khách hàng.
  • Trung thực, có trách nhiệm với công việc.
  • Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề và xử lý tình huống tốt.
  • Có kinh nghiệm bán hàng và chăm sóc khách hàng, đặc biệt trong lĩnh vực thời trang là 1 lợi thế.

ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE (HANOI)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Receive and advise customers on SEESON's online sales channels
  • Monitor and process online orders
  • Receive inquiries, assist in answering and resolving customer complaints
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager

REQUIREMENTS

  • Female preferred, age: 18-21 years old
  • Currently studying at universities in Hanoi
  • Cheerful, enthusiastic, eager to learn personality
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and quick situational handling skills
  • Honest and responsible in work
  • Good conversational English

WORKING HOURS

  • Shift work:
  • Morning shift: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Inspect finished products to ensure they are defect-free and meet quality standards.
  • Sort products into standard/non-standard categories.
  • Identify and address defects that arise in products.
  • Clean and package products after the quality inspection process is complete.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Female preferred, age: 18-21 years old
  • Currently studying at universities/colleges in Hanoi
  • Honest and responsible at work
  • Careful, meticulous, with good observation skills
