Suburban areas and major cities: 2 – 3 days

WARRANTY POLICY

SEESON warrants spectacle frames (based on customer-provided purchase information) with the following detailed items:

Warranty for frame front details (in case of breakage) for 1 year if there is a technical defect from the manufacturer.

Warranty for metal coating details for 6 months. No warranty for peeling occurring in direct contact with tables, chairs, or other surfaces.

Assistance with product reinforcement services (including adjustment, cleaning, screw tightening, and polishing).

No warranty for normal wear and tear that may occur, such as: faded print, scratches, stretching, etc.

In cases where the warranted spectacle frame due to manufacturer defect is out of stock, SEESON will assist customers in exchanging for another frame product of equivalent value (no refund for the difference if the exchanged product has a lower value).

NOTE: For spectacle frame warranty cases, SEESON does not provide warranty for accompanying lenses.

The warranty policy does not apply to products damaged due to customer's careless use or damage arising during the process of grinding and fitting lenses by a third party.

For damage due to usage or exceeding the warranty period, SEESON will consider repair options on a case-by-case basis. The time and additional costs incurred will be communicated to the customer.

Refractive lenses prescribed by a SEESON technician are warranted for power within 30 days. The new refractive power will be confirmed by a SEESON technician before proceeding with the warranty. The power warranty policy does not apply to customers requesting cuts based on old prescriptions or prescriptions from a third party.

For cases of sending and receiving glasses for warranty via delivery service, the buyer will be responsible for any incurred fees.
